These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and tu1111y ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the tu1111y website, creating a registered account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature or service provided by tu1111y, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General Betting Rules

• A match must have commenced for bets on that match to stand. In the event a match is abandoned before commencement, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For T20 and ODI formats, a minimum number of overs must be completed for a result to be recognised. This threshold is published within each market and follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method guidelines where applicable.

tu1111y reserves the right to investigate any account, transaction, or activity that it reasonably suspects may involve prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold. The outcome of any investigation will be communicated to the account holder via their registered email address.

tu1111y reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any registered account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct
• Failure to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure)
• Activation of a self-exclusion request through tu1111y's responsible gaming tools
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and handled in accordance with tu1111y's dormant account policy)

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tu1111y account at any time by contacting our support team at support@tu1111y. Prior to closing your account, any eligible real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. tu1111y will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant account before any administrative action is taken. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account after notification will be maintained and returned to the account holder upon request, subject to successful identity verification.

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform's availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, network issues, or third-party service failures
• Losses resulting from game malfunctions, technical errors, or data feed failures caused by third-party game providers or data suppliers
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on tu1111y that is subsequently found to be inaccurate
• Any tax liability that may arise in connection with your winnings, which remains your sole responsibility
• Decisions made by tu1111y in the exercise of its discretion under these Terms, including but not limited to decisions to void bets, suspend accounts, or withhold withdrawals pending investigation

Where tu1111y is found liable for any loss or damage under any applicable law, the total aggregate liability of tu1111y to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tu1111y account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, transaction, or any other matter relating to your use of tu1111y, you should contact our support team in the first instance at support@tu1111y with full details of the dispute. tu1111y will investigate all disputes within a reasonable timeframe and respond to your registered email address. You agree to engage in tu1111y's formal dispute resolution process before pursuing any other legal remedy.

tu1111y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication of the revised Terms on this page. The date of the most recent revision is clearly indicated at the top of this document. Where amendments are material in nature, tu1111y will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notification on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Your continued use of tu1111y following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Severability

Entire Agreement
